Fish House | Four Seasons Resort Oahu

With an abundance of fresh fish in the surrounding waters off Oahu and locals with a passion for catching them, it made perfect sense to create a uniquely ‘line to table’ fish concept at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina. Keeping with the concept of 'local' a Honolulu-based artisan brewer created a pilsner-style lager exclusively for the bar. The super casual restaurant & bar, designed by Studio Collective from Los Angeles, has spectacular views out to the ocean and gives guests multiple options to dine at the bar, or in lounge chairs, or even with feet in the sand right on the beach.
